Church on Sunday, March 1 were
Darlene Shobbrook and Barb
Jewitt. Ushers were Allan and Barb
Bosman. Guest speaker was
Richard Bain of London.
The sermon topic was "God's eye
openers".
The flowers on the memorial
stand were placed by Allan and
Barb Bosman in memory of Allan's
cousin.
Discussion group is Thursday,
March 5, 7:30 - 9 p.m. in the
Sunday School room. The topic is,
"The History, Meaning and
Purpose of Communion."
World Day of Prayer service is at
Londesboro church Friday, March
6 at 1 p.m. with dessert followed by
the meeting. All are welcome.
The February meeting of
Londesboro Happy Gang Seniors
was held at the hall on Wednesday,
Feb. 25. After singing 0 Canada
and grace, everyone enjoyed a
potluck meal.
Ruth Vincent read two articles
from The Voice.
Members were told to bring first
course and dessert to the next
meeting when the Gang entertains.
KP for March is Josephine
MacGregor, Florence Snell and
Phyllis Tyndall. Ice cream for April
is Ruth Vincent, cake is Betty
Millar and Josephine MacGregor.
Margaret Taylor is in the
hospital.
A donation of $200 is being
made to Clinton Public Hospital.

Rosman from Hullett Public School
provided the entertainment.

Londesboro Hall March 5 and 19
from 1:30 - 4 p.m. There is no
charge. This is sponsored by the
Lions and Seniors. Everyone is

ladies' low, Vietta Hoggart; men's

20 meeting to amend the zoning for

opmental to Village Residential-
Low Density-Special Provisions.
The township entered into an
agreement with Clinton for the
annexation of Part Lot 22, Conc. 1.
Council approved the purchase of
a tax software package and any
additional software from Munisoft,
for a maximum of $6,990.
