The first hymn was Plenty of
Room in the Family, followed by
Rev. Ross offering prayer and

As the children came to the front,
the children's chorus Jesus Loves
the Little Children was sung. For
the minister's surprise it was a
beret. The minister spoke about
various emblems used to show to
what a person belongs. He asked
questions and closed with Who
belongs to God. To this he received
a prompt answer, "Everyone",
The Auburn Lions Club served a
pancake and sausage breakfast. If
anyone left hungry it was their own
fault. This was on Sunday, Jan. 11

The beautiful old hymn Come,
Let Us Sing of a Wonderful Love
was sung followed by scripture

from Isaiah. Here Jacob is told that
God is with all of Israel and will
save them.
The New Testament was from
Luke 3. John said that he baptized
with water, but that One would
come who would baptize with the
Holy Ghost. Then, after Christ's
baptism the Holy Ghost came as a
dove to honour Him.
In scripture from Acts 8, Peter
and John came to Samaria and
baptized people there.
The sermon was "The Demise of
Christian Elitism". This world is
made of all nations, all people, all
colours and all races, Rev. Ross
said. "But we are all God's
