St. Anne’s considers school uniforms
Uniforms are an option being
considered by St. Anne’s Catholic
Secondary School students and par
ents.
At the parent-teacher interviews
recently, parents had the opportuni
ty to view a possible uniform
choice while the students had had a
glimpse during class.
Vice-principal McCarroll said
packages are being sent home so
discussions can be held. Informa
tion will also be sent to Grade 7
and 8 students prior to their visit to
19 at
Blyth UCW

Sparling conducted a Christmas
worship service. Carols were sung,
scripture, poems, and prayer read.

given to the Women’s Shelter.
Susan Howson provided musical
accompaniment with her autoharp.
Following the worship service,
the three presidents Bonnie
Shannon, Candice Howson and
Diane Ferguson, presented the
program. Mrs. Ferguson opened
with a poem, after which, each
member was asked to give a
memory of a Christmas past. Mrs.
Howson read a Christmas story and
Mrs. Sparling sang Oh Holy Night.
Edelgard Hoba, Hanni Meier and
Lorna Fraser provided a delicious
lunch on a beautifully decorated
