The two brothers were not getting along and they both soon got into an argument over family issues. The argument turned into screaming and yelling and eventually into a physical confrontation. The visiting brother started beating on the other and the victim's wife jumped in to assist her husband She then went to call the police using the phone in the home. The irate brother then turned on her pulling the telephone out of the wall and knocking her to the floor.
