Bulls range from $59 to $68, reach $77 high
Total receipts at Brussels
Livestock for the week ending Nov.
I 2 were 4.259 head of cattle and
37 I sheep and goats.
The fed steers and heifers sold at
prices $2 to $5 higher. Cows traded

Local producers were once again
winners at the Royal Winter Fair in
Toronto.
The following are the results to
date, based on information provided

Poplar Simmentals of Auburn
earned fifth and sixth with a female
calf born in I 999, at least three
months old. They also took 11th for
a bull calf bom in 1999. and at least
three-months-old.
Jack Armstrong and Son of
Auburn took home many prizes for
their Jerseys. They earned second,
progeny of dam, two animals, either
sex, progeny of one dam; seventh,
breeder’s herd, group of three,

19th in the 10 to 12-year-olds class.
Nancy Geertsma placed eighth in
the 13 to 15-year-olds group.
