Rec board won’t pay for stolen bin The BMG Recreation board instructed Secretary-Treasurer Shelly Pryce to not pay the invoice totalling $155.35 from Sparling’s Propane for a four-cylinder storage bin that they had delivered to the arena. Arena manager Murray McArter did not authorize the drop off and the bin was stolen from outside the arena. Deb Seili a representative from the Brussels Figure Skating Club entered the meeting. She proposed the idea of making some changes to the sound room in the arena in order to make the room more feasible to communicate from the ice level to the sound room and also to allow for a better view of the entire ice surface.
