Contractors are advised that the contract includes removing snow from the sides of some village streets and village parking lot as authorized by the Village Public Works Department. The contractor will be hired on an On-Call basis. The contractor must be willing, able and ready to remove snow when requested and under normal circumstances snow shall be removed prior to 7:00 a.m. The successful candidate must provide Proof of Insurance in an amount deemed adequate by Blyth Council.
