OPENING NOVEMBER 1
Therapeutic Massage
and
Cranio Sacral Therapy
Massage therapy is one of the most powerful approaches to preventative
health care. It values the health of the whole person and tries to get to the
cause of the problem, rather than treating symptoms. Massage therapy is a
natural approach to a healthy lifestyle with little risk involved.
Cranio sacral therapy is a light-touch method of evaluating and enhancing
the cranio sacral system, the environment in which the brain and spinal cord
function. Developed by John E. Upledger, D.O., O.M.M., this manual
therapy encourages the body’s natural healing mechanisms to improve the
capability of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of
stress, strengthen resistance to disease and enhance health.
