It was time to bring the issue to the forefront again, said Adrian Keet, when he passed through Blyth Monday afternoon promoting his belief in the right to life. Keet, 80 and a veteran of promo tional walks, began his 600 km. trek from his Ingersoll home, Sept. 13 and will return there after visit ing communities along the trail north to Barrie, Midland and Collingwood before heading south again. He also walked from Wingham to Ottawa in 1977. “The people have been very sup portive and the police have been great,” he said. “Many have given donations.” The purpose of the walk is to raise awareness of the issue as well as raise funds to nurture a “culture which respects human life,” he said. His journey will take him along County Rd. 4 to Clinton, Exeter, Elginfield, London and then back home along County Rd. 2 and 19 to Ingersoll, Sept. 8. He is.stopping at several loca tions along the way to speak at schools and public gatherings. Keet can be supported in his efforts by making a donation through the Campaign Life Coali tion.
