Hullett approves restructuring proposal Hullett Twp. council approved a draft restructuring proposal at the Aug. 17 meeting. The proposal for Hullett, Goderich Twps. and Clinton, with amendments from the working committee, was approved pending approval from the other two part­ ners. The draft would then be for­ warded to Huron County by Sept. I and to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. Mike Radford attended the ses­ sion to discuss the possibility of a second residence being built on the property of his father, John Rad­ ford. There were no objections from council for the submission of an application for a second residence on Part Lot 25, Cone. 10 provided it met the provisions of the AG2 zone as determined by the chief building official and stipulated in a bylaw. A letter must also be received from the applicant acknowledging that there are Hullett Twp. policies to allow severance of the second residence. This stipulation will be registered on the title of the proper­ ty- The tender for the supply, crush­ ing, loading and delivery of approximately 2,400 cubic yards of 5/8 granular A gravel and for the loading and delivery of about 13,500 cubic yards of B gravel from the road allowance on Sideroad 25/26, Cone. 14 was awarded to Merner Contracting Ltd.
