passed away May 19, 1997.
God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be,
So He closed his arms around you
And whispered “come to me”.
You suffered much in silence,
But your spirit did not bend.
You faced your pain with courage
Up ’til the very end.
Although we feel the heartache,
Your smile and loving ways
Will surely be remembered
Today and for always.
