AMDSB reviews equip. By Susan Hundertmark Special to The Citizen The Avon Maitland District School Board will respond to a letter it received from the Stratford Central school council, outlining concerns about outdated computer equipment. Board Chair Wendy Anderson asked Business Superintendent Janet Baird-Jackson to draft a letter "to let them know their concerns have been heard and that we're getting there." The letter from Nanci McFadden-Fair asked for a Pentium computer lab to replace existing 286 and 486 computer labs at Central Secondary School, which she said was "in line" to receive two new labs before the Huron and Perth school boards amalgamated but "other schools were deemed more important" after amalga mation took place. She asked the board to review it decision. Baird-Jackson said a review of computer inventory and its utilization is' currently being completed and added, " I hope it will rectify a number of issues."
