will entertain the crowd with their
tunes.
This event not only brings busi-
ness to the Walton area, but pro-
vides an opportunity for local
groups to fundraise. Several
groups, under the direction of the
Brussels Optimists will be running
food booths, which usually raise
between $9,000 and $10,000.
Seaforth District High School
students will act as track marshalls,
says Chris Lee. "It is a very respon-
sible job and they do it well."
The Walton Public School's Par-
ents' Advisory Council will sell
wood to campers and clean up
recyclables for their contribution.
The Walton community sports
group will handle parking, bringing
in approximately $1,800, says Lee.
A much larger component of this
year's event will be the huge dis-
plays by major distributors of
motorcycles, motocross equipment
and sport accessories.
Admission for the event is: for
adults - $6 on Thursday; $8 , Fri-
day, $10, Saturday and $12, Sun-
day. The price is $2 less each day
