Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly financial statements, corporate financial
information, budgets, performance reports and accounts reconciliation.
9 Familiar with fund accounts.
• Coordinate payroll processing, ensure efficient operation
of the department
• Proficiency in spreadsheets - LOTUS 123 a must, and have a working
knowledge of LAN.
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision and have at least 4 years
experience in a computerized environment. A C.M.A., C.G.A. or C.A.
level of recognized accounting program would be a benefit.

Duties for the above positions will commence immediately.
The successful candidates will be responsible to support the
implementation of technology in classrooms.
The successful candidates will have the ability to work well
with both children and adults, possess strong organization
and coordination skills and be familiar with the use of
technology for both communication and learning purposes.
Please note that these are contract positions for
approximately 200 hours during the school year, one
position at each of our schools, elementary and
secondary.
