While other trades of the past have become dated and disappeared, blacksmithing has appeared to adapt to the changing times and endured, and remains a crucial part of Huron's heritage. It is appropriate that it is showcased at the living museum, the Huron Pioneer Thresher Reunion and Hobby Show, which offers not just a look at the past, but shows you how it was done.
