TREVOR BECK Trevor, son of Gerald and Christine Beck of RR5, Brussels, will study mechanical engineering at the University of Waterloo. LORIE BLACK Lorie, daughter of J. Laurie and Margaret Black of RR5, Brussels, will attend the University of Guelph to study Landscape Architecture. SARAH THOMSON Sarah, daughter of Jeff and Cathy Thomson of Auburn, will study journalism at Conestogo College, Kitchener. JOHN ARMSTRONG John, son of Fred and Ruth Armstrong of RR2, Auburn, will attend McMaster University, Hamilton, to study engineering. LDSS scholar Graduation Library hosts Camp Read-A-Lot With the advent of warm weather and the end of the school year, the Huron County Library Children's Summer Reading Program will be coming to 15 libraries across Huron County. "Camp-Read-A-Lot" is the theme for this year's program, reflecting the primary goal of the program to encourage children to continue reading during the summer months. Tina Burkholder and Andrea Gingerich, summer program co­ ordinators, will present the hour long "Camp-Read-ALot" programs of scary stories, campfire songs, and nature crafts. All children ages five to 12 are invited to participate in these programs which will be held throughout July and August. Rob Neves, storyteller and author, will kick off the summer Graduation Kerri Foxton graduated from Niagara College in Welland on June 11, 1997. Kerri received her Educational Resources and Special Needs Diploma as well as her Developmentally Handi­ capped Service Worker Diploma. Kerri will further her studies this fall at St. Clair College In Windsor where she will be taking a Sign Language Com­ municator Course. Kerri is the daughter of Brad and Dorothy Foxton, Brussels. Congratulations Kerri! Love, Mom, Dad and Nicole program, visiting the Wingham Library Branch from 7 to 8 p.m. and Clinton Library Branch from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3. Tickets for this event are available at the library. The summer program is made possible through support from the Huron County Library and a grant from Young Canada Works in Heritage Institutions, Department of Canadian Heritage. In addition, this program has been generously sponsored by Wingham and District Optimists, Wescast Industries, Wingham Lions Club, and Clinton Optimist Club. DARRELL UHLER 'Darrell, son of Fred and Karen Uhler of RR3, Brussels, will study Honours Arts, Political Science at the University of Waterloo. Shane Wilson graduated from Sutton District High School with his Grade 12 diploma. Shane will be attending Sir Sandford Fleming College In law and administration. Congratulations!
