Words cannot express our gratitude for all the support and love shown to us at this very sad time. It is at times like this we realize how important family, friends and a caring community are. Special thanks to Phyllis Steffler, her daughter Patti West, Elaine Armstrong and the Wing ham Hospital ambulance attendants for their quick response in our time of need. It was such a comfort for us to have Father Brad fill in for Reverend Nancy at the hospital until she could arrive to care for us. Thanks to the Wingham Hospital staff for giving us our time together there, without interruptions. To everyone who came to visitation, attended the funeral and the hard working women who set up the meal at the farm, between visita tions, our heartfelt thanks. To our extended family, Joan, M.J. and Shirl, who kept things together, behind the scene, at the farm, our love and gratitude. To our Grey Township and Brussels friends and neighbours, your special tributes in memory of Tom will always be keepsakes. The tree, special collector's plate, beautiful wreath, floral tributes, donations, phone calls, delicious food and many, many cards of sympathy were all very much appreciated. We will never be able to give enough thanks to Reverend Nancy Beale (our special angel) for her spiritual guidance, compassion and friend ship shown to each and everyone of us. The beautiful service, Reverend Nancy's story of Tom's life, Father Brad's quiet assistance, Michele's music and Willy's special tribute to Grandpa will be a loving and lasting memory. Thank you flower bearers and pallbearers, Tom (Grandpa) would have been so proud. Warmest thanks to the A.C.W. ladies for the lovely lunch after the service. To the staff of Betts Funeral Home our thanks for your kindness and patience at a difficult time in our lives. Last, but not least, to all those who have offered their help to Gord in completing this season's planting, a warm thank you. God bless you all. With love - Betty, Marg, Gord and Dale, Lin and Jim, Bev and Jim and families. 18-lp TUGWELL. I would like to express my sincere heartfelt thanks to the Blyth Lions and the Blyth Fire Department.
