Star Lodge.

have member of Pride of Huron

members of I4uronia Rebekah
Lodge of Clinton as guests. Prior to
the meeting, a roast beef dinner
was held in the Brussels United
Church catered by the UCW. This
was followed by the meeting held
;n the Lodge Hall.
To kick off events for its home-
coming year of celebration, Brus-
sels is hosting a New Year's Levee,

Centre auditorium from 2-4 p.m.
Homecoming Chairperson Mur-
ray Cardiff said the levee is a time
for people to gather together,
socialize and renew acquaintances.
It will also provide an opportunity

Only three weeks into his new
business and Travis Koehler is
already staying busy.
Koehler, who has been working
on small engines since the age of
13, recently opened a small engine
repair, welding and fabricating
shop on County Road 16, on the
west edge of Brussels.
Since puttering with that first
engine with Chris Procter, Koehler
said he has always enjoyed work-
ing with his hands instead of sitting
still.
Like most entrepreneurs, owning
his own business and being the
boss were something Koehler
always wanted to do. When Hank
Ten Pas downsized his operation, a
shop became available in a season
when work at Koehler's previous
employer was slowing.
"Brussels, Belgrave and Morris
Twp. doesn't have much in the way
of welding and fabricating," said
Koehler. "There is a need."
All Season Repair will handle
repairs to snowmobiles, lawnmow-
ers, garden tillers, chainsaws and
tires. "I can fix just about any-
thing," he said.
Koehler's specialty is aluminum
welding. He will also do irrigation
repairs.
Shop hours will be Monday to
Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat-
urday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. Koehler
will be available Saturday after-
noons as demand requires. He can
be reached at 887-9023 or 887-
9868 for emergencies.
Koehler, along with wife, Janet
and two children, Tamara, nine,
and Derek, seven, live in Grey
Twp.
