HCBE elects new executive
In preparation for 1997, the
changing of the guard at the Huron
County Board of Education
brought Morris and Turnberry
Twp. trustee Doug Garniss to the
vice-chair's position.
Garniss was just one of several
trustees who will find themselves
in new roles in the coming year.
Selected at Monday's meeting,
Allan Carter, trustee for Hensall
and Tuckersmith Twp., will move
from his role of vice-chair to chair
of the board.
