Group collects gifts The Evening Unit met at the home of Myrtle Pengelly with 19 members present. Barbara Anderson opened the meeting with a prayer poem "Plea For the Nations". Laura Johnston, assisted by Annie Cook, conducted the Remembrance Day worship service. Hymns Faith of Our Fathers and Let There Be Peace were sung. A meditation was read and the scripture was from Leviticus. The worship service closed with a prayer. During the business members decided to cater to the Institute dinner Dec. 10. The Canadian Geographic is to be renewed for two years for the Wingham and A shoot party was held on Ffiday, Nov. 8 in the Belgrave Community Centre with 12 tables in play. It was agreed that there be a pot luck dinner with the donations going to this project. Belgrave Girls Hockey Team is hosting a soup and sandwich luncheon on Sunday, Nov. 24 from 11:30 - 2:30 p.m. at the Belgrave Community Centre.
