Thedford and Ilderton played an
excellent game with Thedford
coming out on top and on its way
to the championship game.
Drayton proved to be a better
team than Chesley and moved on to
the consolation final game.
Lucan and Beeton played a very
exciting game. The regular game
ended in a tie and sudden death
overtime had to break it. After
seven minutes of play, Lucan
scored, broke the tie and moved
onto the championship game
against Thedford, two rival teams
in their league.

weekend.
BULLS NOTES: Wright had a
seven-point weekend with two hat-
tricks and an assist Sinclair had a
five-point weekend with two goals
and three assists. Zaba and
Alexander both had four-point
weekends. Fifteen different point
getters were on the game sheet for
the Bulls against Walkerton, a real
team effort.
This weekend the Bulls are at
home to face the Wingham Iron-
men for an 8:30 start on Saturday
night. Then on Sunday the team
travels to Hanover to face the
Barons for a 1:30 p.m. start.
In the final minute of play,
Thedford pulled their goalie in
order to come up with the goal they
needed to tie the game. They
played as hard as they could, but
Lucan managed to send a puck
down the ice and between the goal
posts to make the final game 4-2
for Lucan. Lucan very happily left
the arena in high spirits carrying
the championship trophy and
wearing their shiny medallions.

scoring and took a 4-2 lead to the
first intermission.
In the second period Walkerton
scored first to make the score 5-2,
but the Bulls would not lay down in
this one. At 14:10 Andy Agar
scored, assisted by Brett Fischer
and Dan Williams, then, at 2:27 on
a two-man advantage power-play,
Brian McNichol scored his first of
two on the day on a feed from
Jason Heipel and Alexander. With
a Walkerton player still in the
