My brother, my friend, my buddy One year ago a heartache Began the awful pain Learning how to live without you Life will never be the same The moment you died My heart was broken in two The one side filled with memories The other died with you. We ache now for what I've lost My brother, my pal, my friend. Now all I have are your memories And your picture in a frame. — Always loved, always remem- bered, Jeff & Becky. 41-1 WILLIAMSON. John passed away Oct. 20, 1995. The month of October comes with regret, It brings back memories we will never forget. You were Our Star, Our Hope, Our Future We were so proud of you, your ambition, your outlook on life, your ideas, your wit We will never understand what ever happened on that night and why you were taken from us. Now we can only watch as your family tries so hard to cope without you. You will always be with us in our hearts and minds but somehow it will never be enough. We wish we could understand why you had to go — We will love your forever, Mom and Dad. 41-1 WILLIAMSON. In loving memory of a dear brother who passed away one year ago. We didn't know when we woke that morning, the sorrow that day would bring. The finding was sudden, the shock severe to part with one we loved so dear. You didn't have time to say, farewell or us to say goodbye. You were gone before we realized, and only God knows why. We think of you in silence, and often speak your name. But all we have are memories and your picture in a frame. — Sadly missed by Dianne and Dennis, Cathy and Harry; Carol Anne and Charles and families. 41-1 JOHN WILLIAMSON For John, our brother, our uncle, and our friend, who suddenly left this world on October 20, 1995. The one-stop co-collection pickup by Bluewater will be much more environmentally friendly than individual vehicles driving back . and forth to the landfill site. The reduced traffic to the landfill site will also allow the committee to better manage and control the operations. The committee has also looked at the number of days the landfill site is open as a means of reducing costs, For the balance of 1996, the landfill site will be open every Saturday in October and the first and third Saturday during November and December. In 1997 the landfill site will be open on the Saturday immediately following the co-collection by the Bluewater Recycling Association. For example, the first co- collection in 1997 will be Friday, Jan. 3; therefore the landfill site will be open on Saturday, Jan. 4. By opening on the day following co-collection, waste material will only have to be covered once. For convenience, the committee is proposing that the landfill site be open every Saturday for the months of June to August inclusive. The net effect of the changes means that the number of days that the landfill site is open is reduced to 34 from the present 38. The $2 bag tags will be available Dec. 1 at the following locations in Grey Township: Molesworth Convenience, Jen's Variety and Corner Cafe (Ethel), the Cranbrook Library and the Grey Township Municipal Office. In McKillop Township the tags will be available at the Winthrop General Store, the Dublin General Store, Wilson Auto Service, and the McKillop Township Municipal Office. The Walton Tea Room and Country Store will have tags for both townships. Information meetings will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Walton Community Hall and Monday, Oct. 28 at the Ethel Community Centre. Both meetings start at 7:30 p.m. A representative from the Bluewater Recycling Association will be present to explain the new co-collection service and to describe how co- collection has worked in other communities. At present 15 municipalities of the Association's membership of 43 are either using or scheduled to implement the Association's co-collection service.
