Not only could these border collies herd sheep, but they were quite proficient at rounding up
Indian Running Ducks as well. The animals, along with owner and trainer Jim Clark of
Blenhiem entertained large crowds at the Thresher Reunion.
Longtime Mr. Bean
Ray Scotchmer has been cooking up the old-fashioned
baked beans at the Thresher Reunion for many years.
The tasty dish is compliments of the Friends of the Huron
County Museum.
Taking a break
One of the best aspects of the Thresher Reunion is the
social atmosphere that prevails as people with common
interests and memories take opportuntites to visit and chat.

Blyth hosts 35th Thresher Reunion
Keep on chugging
The antique steam engine continues to be a major draw at the 35th annual Thresher
Reunion as the majestic machines putt their way into the memories of a new generation of
young people who visit the show each year.
Bend it, shape it
For several years Jim Wallace of RR2, Goderich, has
been at work in the Thresher Reunion's blacksmith shop,
demonstrating an old-world art.
