Brussels
Here it is September and for
many families that not only means
back to school but also that the
Brussels Fall Fair, this year on
Sept. 17 and 18 is fast approaching.
Local fairs give the community an
opportunity to show off their
talents and entertain people of all
ages.
This is the 135th anniversary of
the Brussels Fair and members of
the Brussels Agricultural Society
have been actively working to
make it a good one. Both Morris
and Grey Townships celebrated
their 140th anniversary this
summer_ so it's interesting that five
years after the townships incorpor-
ated the forefathers thought it was
important to organize a local
Agricultural Society. In earlier
years it was known as the East
Huron Agricultural Society.

support being lost and the decline

difficult to keep fairs going. A
successful fair is when the whole
community gets involved, showing
off vegetables, baking, crafts,
handiwork, etc. Agriculture in the

its businesses. It is hoped the first

Pedicures -
Perhaps the most commonly
neglected area on our body is the feet.
Frequent problems include cracks
in the heels, callous buildup and
thickened irregular nails.
Try a pedicure and all that will change.
Enjoy a relaxing hydro massage soak.
Have your nails cut, shaped and filed,
your callous removed and
refined to a smooth finish.
Cuticles are pushed back and trimmed.
Each pedicure includes a professional
foot and leg massage.
