We started the 4-H meeting with
the 4-H pledge. Then we picked
which title page and name would
be best for the club. First we picked
the title page, which was done by
Christina DeWit.
Jill Spciran made the name of the
club. We are now Cranbrook
Camping Crew.
After that we talked about our
camping trip Aug. 22 - Aug. 24.
We talked about what we could
bring and couldn't bring. Also we
got a check list about our books
and trip.
Then we welcomed two more
new members. They arc Sarah
DeGroot and Thomas Baker.
The members read some of their
books and played two games. We
talked a little bit more, ate popcorn
and drank juice, then closed the
meeting with the 4-H motto.

grandparents and people from the
community who helped with the
installation of the equipment.
Howard and Audrey Hackwell
did very well at their garage sale
this past Saturday. In fact it was so
successful that they will be holding
two more in September, they said.
Walton WI members held their
monthly meeting on Aug. 21 at the
home of Margaret Mclnroy. They
later attended the Blyth Theatre to
see the show Villa Eden.

Ms Maureen Duffy, and Mrs.
Sibyl Smith both managers at the
Children's Aid Society of Metro-

Hagedoorn. They wanted to be
assured that he enjoyed his
retirement. They were assured that
he did.
