Rovers
spend day
with Guides

charades that focused on the Guide
Law. It was a good day and the
Guides did very well.
Among other things Rovers
actually do have meetings. They
usually consist of 20 minutes of
business dispersed with two hours
of chatting.
Another thing they did was to
help out at a supper in Blyth at the
arena.
The groups are enjoying the
experience and hope to set an
example of canoeing and
wilderness tripping for the younger
girls so they'll continue. Camping
is such a good experience and
anyone can enjoy it.

The Huron-Bruce Brain Injury
Support Group will be meeting
Thursday, Aug. 22 at Teeswater
United Church at 7 p.m.
Speaking to the Huron-Bruce
Group as well as the visiting Huron
Support Group will be Margaret
Young of Para Med Health Ser-
vices.
Young will discuss the work
being done by Para Med to assist
brain injury survivors and their
families.
Everyone is invited to attend the
meeting.

without retesting or venting the

problem in areas where crops were
damaged due to hail or where
excessive rains have contributed to
weed growth. Weeds and stressed
plants tend to harbour higher
concentrations of free nitrates
