The successful candidate will work as a member of a team providing equal
access, advocacy, information and education to people in need of long term care
and coordinating placement In long term care facilities. This Is a casual part-
time position and hours of work will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications: • Baccalaureate degree In health or social services, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, communication
and crisis management
• Three years related experience
• Knowledge of the issues of aging, local support for seniors and
physically disabled adults
• Valid driver's license and use of a vehicle
