Notification was received con- cerning the municipality reimburs- ing Wingham 39 per cent of the total registration fee for Blyth chil- dren enrolled through the Wingham Recreation Department. Stewart was asked to obtain a list of children involved and the activi- ties in which they participate. *4.5** Council instructed Stewart to for- ward village information to prospective companies. A list of inquiring companies was received from Huron County Planing and- Development. ***** Authorization was given for fore- man Rican's attendance at a first aid and CPR course, in Auburn, at a cost of $73. ***** Council had no Objection to the Blyth and District Lions Club mak- ing an application for a Monte Carlo license for April 26, at Blyth Memorial Hall. Soda Pop Fizz was played and enjoyed by everyone followed by a snack. The meeting was closed with the girls doing the "Run Along Home" game. Effie McCall wins in euchre Euchre was played on Monday, Feb. 19 at Memorial Hall. Winners were: high lady, Effie McCall; high man, Roy Kreuter; ladies' lone hands, Vera Badley; men's lone hands, Ruth Jardin; ladies' low, Ruth Shiell; men's low, Millar Richmond. Euchre will be played again next week at 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
