Jeremy Robinson led the offensive effort with five goals. Additional goals were scored by Kyle Nixon (two), Scott Phillips, Trevor McArter and Christopher Campbell. On Saturday the strong offense continued, this time handing Lucknow an 8-0 defeat. Robinson scored seven of the eight goals, with Phillips adding a single. time by a 6-3 score. Goals were scored by Courtney (two), Bromley (two), Carter and Haggitt. Assists were credited to Haggitt (two), Cowan (two) and Postma. Trainer Haggitt said that, though they played with a shortage of players, the team put out a good effort. PeeWees drop 2 The Brussels PeeWee Rep team ended its season last week with two playoff losses to Drayton. On Friday, they were defeated by a 4-2 score. Joel Kellington and Chris Blake scored for Brussels, with assists going to Jason Armstrong and Brian Oldfield. On Saturday, they were elimi- nated from playoff competition with a lopsided 8-0 loss. Blyth Tykes lose The Blyth Tykes lost a hard- fought 5-1 game to Bayfield last Saturday. Josh Albrechtas scored the goal for Blyth. Coach Rich Elliott, said, "Having lost 16-0 to Bayfield before, the team showed a marked improve- ment." He complimented goal- tender Darcey Cook for a solid effort.
