PAGE 14. THE CITIZEN, WEDNESDAY, JULY 12, 1995.
RINTOUL. In memory of a brother
and son, Kevin Wayne Rintoul,
who was killed by a drunk driver
one year ago on July 14, 1994.
Your love has left an imprint that
time cannot erase
We have lost someone very special
to us,
Who also meant a great deal to
many others...
Someone who will be recalled
many times,
With special warmth and affection
And who will often be missed by
those
Who will remember along with us.
— Mom, Corey, Grandma and
Grandpa Corey. 28-1
RINTOUL. hi memory of Kevin
Rintoul who passed away suddenly
on July 14, 1994.
A year has swiftly flown by
And we have had many a cry
Although the tears are becoming
dry
Because we know with your dad
you lie.
Though your smile is gone from us,
Your hand we cannot touch
We have many a memory
Of one we miss so very much.
— Forever remembered by Aunt
Lila, Uncle Lee, Carol and Steve,
Travis and Tyler, Kim, Bruce and
Laura, John and Debbie. 28-1

Youths run
to aid
CAS
After bcnefitting from the ser-
vices provided by the Children's
Aid society, two young men from
Brucefield are taking on a chal-
lenge to raise funds to help other
children.
Shane McPhee, 16, and Manny
DeSousa, 18, left Thunder Bay at
the end of June, to begin the long
bike ride back to Goderich.
Their foster father Brian O'Reil-
ly, an experienced long-distance
rider, and Toronto school teacher
Jim Cook will accompany the
young men.
Hoping to cover more than 100
km per day to finish the trip in two
weeks, O'Reilly says, "It will be the
psychological challenge of con-
quering the hills. The guys have
never done anything as hard as this
in their lives before."
Following the riders will be Bon-
nie O'Reilly and Therese Bowler in
a motor home.
The group is seeking donations
along their route as well as from
anyone wishing to contribute to the
CAS.
Tax-deductible donations can be
made to the Huron County CAS by
calling 519-524-7356 or visiting
220 Huckins St. in Goderich.
All donations should be marked
with the name of the campaign,
"Foster Kids...Going the Distance."
