Hullett students earn awards
HOWSON-CAMPBELL
Diane Campbell, daughter of Bob
and Ruth Campbell RR 1, Seaforth
and Jeff Howson, son of Doug and
Barb Howson of Blyth were united
in marriage on Saturday, May 13,
1995 at Northside United Church,
Seaforth.
The maid of honor was Melissa
Whitmore, friend of the bride. The
best man was Dean Lawrie, friend
of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Theresa
DeCorte, cousin of the bride,
Sandra Morey, Lisa TeBrinke and
Pam Dale, sisters of the bride and
Sherri Cantelon, sister of the
groom.
Ushers were Kriss Snell, Jamie
ANGES ELIZABETH LEIPER
Agnes Elizabeth Leiper of Hul-
lett Twp., formerly of Toronto,
passed away on June 29, 1995 at
Wingham and District Hospital.
She was 92.
Born on Sept. 23, 1902 to James
Leiper and Annie Hamilton of Hul-
lett Twp., Miss Leiper spent her
adult years working as a stenogra-
pher.
Miss Leiper was a member of the
Londesboro United Church.
She was the dear sister of John
Leiper of Weston, William Leiper
and Thomas Leiper of RR1 Lon-
desboro. She was predeceased by
one sister Jean Leiper and two
brothers, Guy and Robert Leiper.
Rev. Paul Ross officiated at the
funeral service which was held at
Taskcr Chapel of Beattie-Falconer
Funeral Home in Blyth, on July 1.
Pallbearers were Robert Hog-
garth, Bert Middegaal, Tony Mid-
degaal, Murray Reid, Les Reid and
Aubrey Toll.
Flowerbearers were Art Colson
and Paul Middegaal.
Interment was at Burns Ceme-
tery.
RUBY PATTISON
Mrs. Ruby Grace Winifred Patti-
son of Queen Street in Blyth,passed
away on June 27, 1995, at Univer-
sity Hospital in London. She was
73.
Born in Wingham, Ontario, she
married Henry James Pattison, who
Gibbings, Jeff Jewitt and Tony
DeCorte, friends of the groom and
Doug Campbell, brother of the
bride.
Flower girls were Aleisha Dale
and Nicole Morey, nieces of the
bride. Ring bearer was Brendan
TeBrinke, nephew of the bride.
Readers for the ceremony were
Sandra Mclnally, friend of the
bride and Ron Howson, cousin of
the groom. Candlelighters were
Lisa Henderson and Ann Marie
Beuerman, friends of the bride.
Master of Ceremonies was Steve
Schroeder, friend of the bride and
groom.
After a short honeymoon in
Huntsville the couple now resides
in Blyth.
predeceased her in 1984.
She was the dear mother of
David Pattison of Blyth, Jean and
Michael King of Stratford, Gayle
Pattison of Listowel, Shirley and
Keith O'Connell of Stratford, Bar-
bara and Barrie Thomson of Hamil-
ton and Margaret and Carl
Pritchard of Wingham and the lov-
ing grandmother of five grandchil-
dren and one great grandchild.
Mrs. Pattison was the dear sister
of Irma Casemore.
As a member of the Royal Cana-
dian Legion Br. #420 Blyth Ladies
Auxiliary, Mrs. Pattison gave freely
of herself when called upon. She
was a past president of the auxiliary
as well as a member of Blyth Unit-
ed Church.
Funeral services were held at
Tasker Chapel, Beattie-Falconer
Funeral Home in Blyth on June 30.
Rev. Stephen Huntley officiated.
Interment was at Wingham
Cemetery.

ceremonies at Hullett Central Pub-
lic School on June 26.

to Pam Schneider for Self and Soci-
ety, Geography; pen from Angus
MacLellan to Courtney Rutledge
for penmanship; $20 from Sum'-
