in seeking election in the future.

without cause, yet loses this case,

2. If a few people decided that,

accountability and liability end and
accountability and liability as a
Councillor or Commissioner begin?

advice for Councillors and
Commissioners or "citizens"?
4. If someone can manipulate the
municipal system and restrict
public information, just how are the
taxpayer interests being served? At
what price? For whose benefit?
Time will tell, won't it?
