Helen and John Baumbach with Pastor and Lorraine Came sang at Auburn Missionary Church on Sunday, May 21. Their song Beautiful Saviour was very inspirational. During the service Rick and Lynne Packer became members of the Evangelical Missionary Church at Auburn. Elizabeth Bowman, who was a delegate to District Conferenc which was held in Kitchener on May 1, 2, 3 gave a report, which was very informative, as well as encouraging. Pastor Came's message "A Good Soldier" had scripture from 2 Timothy 2: 1-4. The church is like a might army, he said. A soldier is known by his devotion and devotion is an attitude. Soldiers are committed to one's comrades. Soldiers of Jesus Christ are committed to comradeship and devotion goes to the point of sacrifice. Pastor Came said, soldiers are committed to discipline.
