The Wingham Canadettes trav-
elled to St. Marys this past Satur-
day to compete in the Stonetown
Batonfest.
The Aladdin Corps production
placed first. The dance and twirl
teams also placed first in every cat-
egory in which they were entered.
Individual local winners were
Jennifer McDonald, who placed
third in the 11-12 category; Lesley
Elliott, who placed fifth in the 13-
14 category and Rachel Elliott, who
placed first in the seven-eight cate-
gory.
