After an In Camera session, a
motion was passed which stated
that Mr. McLellan be paid for 1/2
of the dogs counted in the kennels
as an extra payment and Ms Stute
be paid for all the dogs she count-
ed.
George Higgins requested a
refund of the dog tag price because
his dog had died shortly after the
count.
Council decided to follow the
present policy which states that
dogs are counted which are on the
property the day of the count.
Though no refund was autho-
rized, council agreed to discuss the
policy later in the year.
