Phone: 523-9045 London 675-0167 Improve your community Donate your time HELP WANTED The Huron County Board of Education invites applications for a 3 year membership on THE SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE This Committee consisting of board members and volunteer citizens may make recommendations to the Huron County Board of Education in respect of any matter affecting the establishment and development of special education programs and services for exceptional pupils of the Board. The committee meets approximately five times per school year. Volunteers must be nominated by a local, incorporated association and appointed by the Huron County Board of Education. THE SUPERVISED ALTERNATIVE LEARNING FOR EXCUSED PUPILS COMMITTEE This Committee reviews applications from parents of 14-15 year old pupils requesting alternative learning programs. The Committee devises recommendations which permit such pupils to be excused from full-time attendance at school to participate in alternative programs. The Committee meets as required to deal with applications. Usually no more than five meetings per school year are required. Any qualified interested elector is invited to apply for aposition on either committee. Applications should be forwarded by 4:00 p.m. December 16, 1994 to: R. G.
