Mr. Bob McIntyre of Stratford visited with his aunt and uncle, Tom and Mildred Lawlor last Wednesday. 4-H does drama AND NOW PRESENTING By Christine Lapp The Duelling Dramatics have finished their six meetings and are now presenting their plays for the achievement. They will be doing two plays, "Supermarket Blues" and "Love Seek Away". The plays will be presented at the Auburn Hall on Saturday, Nov. 26 at 1 p.m. There will be drinks and popcorn for free. Admission is free. All ages are welcome. Judge fines man $1,500 A Belgrave man was hit with a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of impaired driving in Wingham's provincial court, Nov. 16. Judge R.G.E. Hunter was told that Archie Reid of Belgrave had been stopped Sept. 17 in East Wawanosh after a police officer noticed that he was driving some­ what erratically. The officer saw signs of impairment and Mr. Reid admitted to having three beers prior to driving, said attorney for the Crown Jamie Grant. Breathalyser readings were 160 and 150. There was a previous charge from 1984 for impaired and failing to remain at the scene of an acci­ dent as well as a charge from 1987. In addition to the fine, Mr. Reid's license was suspended for two years. Silver Tops meet Continued from page 8 walker down the spacious halls. There are large lounges and daily activities, entertainment, crafts, cards, games, etc. The Silver Tops even saw one of their members, Ernie Durnin entertaining them with music on his harmonica. They have birthday celebrations and it certainly looked as everyone enjoyed them. There were numer­ ous questions asked and everyone showed their appreciation. The meeting came to a close and the December one will be on Dec. 7 our annual dinner.
