By Ronda Bennett
This month has been filled with
activity as the Wingham's Senior

Bake Sale on Saturday, Nov. 6. The
hand-crafted gifts certainly make
the centre look festive.
Bake tables and craft tables will
be displayed and some of the area's
best baking will be here for sale.
There were numerous trips to
enjoy this month. Cathy Ritsema's
home was a welcome retreat!
There's something very pleasant
about being in the country when the
leaves have changed colour - nature
at its best!
Rita Rice-Bowers, one of our
former directors invited the Friday
group to her home in Brussels.
Everyone agreed - they had a
wonderful time!
The fall bus trip was to
Wellesley, near Elmira. The
hospitality and friendliness of the
Mennonite community made the
trip a memorable one and I'm sure
we'll be back there again soon.
There were two holidays this
month - Thanksgiving and
