Pastor Tom Warner officiated. The bndc is the daughter of John and Julia Van Oslaaijcn of Stayner and the groom is the son of John and Mary Baan of Walton. Maid of honour was Linda Van Ostaaijcn of Stayner, sister of the bride. Heather THEFT SEAFORTH On Friday, July 22 sometime be­ tween the hours of noon and 3 p.m. Bob and Betty's Variety & Radio Shack Store located on the Main Street of Seaforth, had two video cameras stolen, an 8mm Sharp camcorder, Model #VL-N1U Ser.#306312659 and a Sharp View' camera Model #VL-E30C Ser. #308313474. Both items were removed from a glass display case al the rear of the store during business hours and the attachments were left behind. BREAK ENTER AND THEFT' HENS ALL LCBO: Thieves pried open the front d(.x>r to the Hensall LCBO alter cutting the wires at about 5 a.m on July 29. The thieves described as four males in their late teens, driving a fullsizcd older model, dark coloured van (believed to be a Gerber of Stratford, sister of the groom and Teresa Baan of Walton, sister-in-law of the groom were bridesmaids. Steve Baan of Walton, brother of the groom was best man. Ushers were John Van Ostaaijen of Guelph, brother of the bride and Richard Gerber of Stratford, brother-in-law of the groom. BREAK ENTER AND THEFT A Hay Twp. residence on Cone. 12, Lot 7 was broken into on July 26. The thief stole a Samsung computer and Technics stereo after gaining entry through a rear patio door by breaking a hasp. THEFT OF BASEBALL BASES Someone stole some bases from the Exeter South Huron Rec. Centre on July 25 (Literally). The bases arc described as one fool square and made of rubber with a tube that inserts into the ground. CARS DAMAGED EXETER Two cars parked al the Canadian Tire Store in Exeter overnight on Listowel hosts info meeting An 'informational' meeting for a new- Community Credit Union in Listowel will be held al 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, in the Out Patients Building across from the Listowel Memorial Hospital. A Credit Union is a financial co­ operative owned by its members. Credit Unions provide essentially the same kinds of services as other financial institutions such as banks and trust companies. The bride was attended by her maid of honour Donna Lynn Arm­ strong, RR2, Auburn and her bridesmaids Melissa Loglcnberg, Dungannon and Margie Gordon, Belgrave. The best man was Stephen Dow of Paisley. Ushering guests were John Armstrong, RR2, Auburn and Taylor Mali, Holyrood. Paige McDowell, Chatham was flowergirl and Darius Mali, Holy­ rood, carried the rings. Readers during the ceremony were Joyce Thompson, Lucknow and Gerald McDowell, Auburn. Soloist Kevin Webster, Dungan­ non was accompanied by organist Nancy Park of RR2, Auburn. A dinner and reception was held at Blyth Community Centre follow­ ing the ceremony. The newlyweds are residing in Guelph. Music exam results Several area music students recently passed the Royal Conser­ vatory of Music examinations, taken at Blyth. July 25 were damaged when persons unknown threw eggs at them, causing paint chipping and damage. THEFT OF BIKE CLINTON A 12-spccd Northland Cobra mountain bike, scr.# DF18668, red and black 24" frame with the words "Over Sized Tubing" on the frame was stolen from a residence at 238 Ontario Street on July 22.
