This information is then transferred to NISA’s new NO-CAL Short Form which is only four pages long and does not require any deposit/ withdrawal calculations. For most applicants the process should take only three-four hours and NISA can be reached at 1-800- 665-6472 if you have technical questions. This year, NISA calculates your Eligible Net Sales along with your Deposit/Withdrawal Options. The participant will be issued an Options Notice and asked to return the detachable portion. Once received NISA will issue a Confirmation Notice detailing your account transactions. NISA has developed computer software which enables you to file your application on diskette.
