Your prayers and phone calls helped to get me through some tough hours. To my family, I am truly blessed to have you to look after me. Murray - the last trips to the hospital were harder on you than having our babies, I love you. Dan and Melissa - thank you so much for keeping everything running smoothly. It was a big job, well done. I love you both very much. Melissa, my tests in London were horrible but you got me there and back safe and sound, I thank you. Thank you so much to everyone. Medicine can do a lot but I think I gained my strength from all of you for your love, friendship and support. Thank you for the most wonderful memories.
