“I love cows. I love to
drive up my lane and see
them outside.”
~ Lorenz Guntensperger, on why farmers farm,
while taking stock of his new barn and plans for
the future, including a special pasture for dry
cows beside the road.
There are two cows standing
in a field.
The first cow says to the other, “I
was artificially inseminated this
morning.”
The second cow replies, “No
way, I don’t believe you.”
The first says, “It’s true, no bull.”
Why is it called
“after dark” when it
really is “after light”?

INSPIRATION
Being negative only makes
a journey more difficult.
You may be given a cactus,
but that doesn’t mean you
have to sit on it.

WHAT TIME?
“You don’t need
to do the right
thing all the time,
just the right thing
at the right time.”
~ Dr. Alison Pylypjuk from
Interlake Dairy Services in
Manitoba, speaking at the
Canadian Dairy XPO.

Hmmm...
• If a cow laughed really hard would
milk come out of her nose?
• Why is there a ‘D’ in fridge but not
in refrigerator?
Pinkish eyes, muzzle square,
Odd-shaped spots and two-tone hair,
Curious cows with a compelling stare,
Bald-face bovines make quite a pair.
