St. Ambrose, site of wedding
FOTHERINCHAM - WORKMAN
Amy Workman of RR2 Brussels
and Bill Fotheringham of RR4
Seaforth were married on Oct. 16.
The ceremony was held at
Brucefield United Church with
Rev. Don Robinson officiating.
An open reception was held at
the Brussels, Morris and Grey
Community Centre. The maid of
honor was Heather Williamson,
friend of the bride. The

Anna Marie Terpstra of RR 3,
Brussels has been elected to
membership in Sigma Theta Tau
International Honor Society of
Nursing. She was inducted as a
member of the Iota Omicron
bridesmaids were Ellen Workman,
Amanda Workman and Barbara
Fotheringham.
The best man was Paul Wright,
friend of the groom. The
groomsmen were Kelly Workman,
Paul Fear and Pete St. Marie.
Alyssa Gowing, cousin of the
bride, was the flower girl. Donnie
Williamson, godson of the bride,
was the ringbearer.
Amy and Bill are residing at RR4
Seaforth.
Chapter at the University of
Western Ontario on Nov. 14.
Sigma Theta Tau is a prestigious
organization of leaders and scholars
in nursing. The honor society,
founded at Indiana University in
1922, currently has 301 chapters at
more than 326 colleges and
universities worldwide. Member-
ship in the Society is awarded to
bachelor's, master's and doctoral
nursing candidates who achieve
high scholastic averages and to
graduates of the above programs
who contribute to leadership within
the profession.
The honor society is committed
to improving the health of the
public by advancing nursing
science. Sigma Theta Tau sponsors
nursing research, produces various
publications, and hosts scholarly
programs on the international,
national, regional, and local level.
Sigma Theta Tau recently built
the Centre for Nursing Scholarship
and International Nursing Library
in Indianapolis, Indiana. The
Library will use state-of-the-art
communications technology to
inform nurses about nursing
knowledge and the breakthroughs
in nursing research.
Group performed folk music.
Soloist Allison Wightman was
accompanied by organist Don Tay-
lor.
Readers were Nancy Green,
Mark Coultes and Tim Coultes.
The bride was attended by her
maid of honour Wendy Carey of
Hamilton. Her bridesmaids were
Debbie Carey, Toronto; Kelly
O'Neill, Landsdowne; Shelley
Crawford, Clinton and Heather
McGavin, London.
Sean Kieffer of Wingham acted
as groomsman. Guests were ush-
ered to their seats by Steve Coultes,
Tracey, California; Brian Wight-
man, London; Chris Irwin, Luc-
know and Doug Montgomery,
Waterloo.
The couple was honoured at a
reception at the Landsdowne Com-
munity Centre.
They are residing at RR5, Brus-
sels.
COULTES — CAREY
Paul Robert Coultes, RR5, Brus-
sels and Kimberly Anne Carey,
Brantford, were united in marriage
by Father Don Cummings at St.
Patricks Roman Catholic Church,
Landsdowne on Oct. 23, 1993.
The groom is the son of Glenn
and Dorothy Coultes and the bride
is the daughter of Robert and Irene
Carey.
