Shawn received his symbolic iron ring at an earlier ceremony. It was presented by his brother Murray, also an Engineer. We are very proud of you Shawn. Congratulations and love from Mom & Dad and the whole family. Graduation Diane Hallahan, daughter of Frank and Marian Haliahan of Blyth graduated from Georgian College In °riffle on June 18, 1993. She received her Honours Diploma In Developmental Service Worker. In June of 1992, she received her Honours Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Congratulations Diane. Christine and Stephen Coombs Couple weds at bride's home GREGORY-WILLIAMSON Dianne Marie Williamson and Dennis Melvin Carmen Gregory were married on Friday, April 2, 1993 at 7 p.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wingham. Maid-of-Honour was Cathy Williamson, sister of the bride and best man was Harry Boyle, friend of the groom. The bridesmaids were Deb SHAW-PARK On the evening of Apr. 30, Doug Shaw and Deb Park were married at the Melville Presbyterian Church in Brussels with Rev. Carolyn McAvoy officiating. Doug is the son of Harvey and Betty Shaw of Brussels, and Debbie is the daughter of Arnold and Joyce Stothers of Nile. Lynda Shaw, sister of the groom, was matron-of-honour. The brides three daughters, Holly, Amber and Shayna Park, were also attendants. Murray Pipe, cousin of the groom, was best man while Gary Pipe, cousin of the groom and Pete Exel, friend of the groom, were the ushers. John Lowe, friend of the groom, and Julie Stothers, niece of the bride, lit the candelabra. Music was performed by Joanne King, organist, and Karla King, soloist. Bluewater Office Equipment supplied their company vehicles to transport the wedding party to a reception at Brussels, Morris and Grey Community Centre with D.J. Steve Sturdy of Goodfellas playing. The couple honeymooned in Niagara Falls and resides in Brussels. Gowing and Donna Curran, sisters of the groom. The ushers were Danny Gregory, brother of the groom and Jeff Wiliamson, brother of the bride. Dianne is the daughter of Ken and Anne Williamson of Walton and Dennis is the son of Milne and Judy Gregory of Dungannon. The couple now resides in Belfast. COOMBS - NELEMANS Stephen Mark Coombs and Christine Lorraine Nelemans were united in marriage at the bride's parents' RR 2, Wroxeter home on June 5, 1993. Rev. Dr. David Thompson officiated. Stephen is the son of Wesley and Phyllis Coombs of Seaforth. Christine is the daughter of Jack and Lorraine Nelemans. Matron-of-honour was Kirsten Dayman of Bayfield, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Cheryl Regele of Dublin, friend of the bride, Sandra Sangster of Seaforth, friend of the bride and Carol Axtmann of Walton, friend of the bride. Best man was Brian Coombs of Seaforth, brother of the groom. Ushers were Ron Thompson, Brucefield, friend of the groom, Jerry Nelemans, RR 2, Wroxeter, brother of the bride and Brian Riley, Toronto, friend of the groom. The reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. After a honeymoon trip to Northern Michigan, Chris and Steve will reside at RR 4, Walton. Les and Cathy Glanville and Bill and Carol Stevenson are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Veronica and Steve.
