The Steering Committee will
confirm its next steps in the review
process at its meeting of May 12,
scheduled for the auditorium of the
Clinton Town Hall at 7:30 p.m.
The Steering Committee will try to
conduct the first part of its meeting
using the same format as planned
for the public information input
meetings. All meetings are open to
the public who are welcome to
attend and participate in the
discussions.

OMAF Office, Clinton; June 1,
Wingham Seniors Day Centre; June
2, Knox Church, Goderich; June 3,

Synodical meets
The Hamilton and London
Synodical of the Women's
Missionary Society (W.D.).of the
Presbyterian Church in Canada
held its annual meeting in Knox
Presbyterian Church, St. Thomas,
on April 20 and 21. Over 200
women joined in the two-day
session with Mrs. Helen Billiald
presiding.
Speakers included Margaret
Vanderzweerde on a visit to India;
Maha Samara, a spokesperson for
the situation in Lebanaon; and Kay
Cowper council president, on
Taiwan.
A bus load of ladies from
Stratford-Huron Presbyterial
attended as well as the delegates,
Robina Alexander, Jean Edmunds,
Ruth Laing, Ina McMillan, Eunice
Bisset, Mary Scott, Donna
Webster, Margaret Strang, Rachel
