A close call
Volunteers from the Brussels Fire Department were called to the home of Pat Rowland on
Turnberry St. at approximately 12:30 Sunday afternoon. The smoke which entered the house
was caused by a problem with the oil furnace. Here, firefighters Ross Somers and Don Bray
set up a smoke eductor to draw the smoke out of the house.
