COOK. I would to thank everyone
who helped while I was a patient in
the Stratford General Hospital.
Special thanks to Russel and
Marion who came and stayed with
Zora and also thanks to my sisters
Mable and Gladys. I want to thank
Dr. Pyper and Dr. Walker and the
nurses and staff at Stratford
General Hospital, fourth floor west.
They made my stay there as
pleasant as possible., I want to
thank the Blyth Lions Club for the
treats, the United Church and all
who visited, sent flowers and cards.
It will never be forgotten. Thanks

Mansel D. Cook wishes to express

friends and neighbours for flowers,

loss of a loving husband, father,

Department, Ambulance service,
Mary Ellen Hallahan, Phil and Jody

response to the accident on the
Westfield Road on Christmas Eve.

doctors and staff at the Clinton
Hospital for the care I received
during my short stay in the
hospital. In case I have missed
