It was a beautiful day on Sunday when the
annual memorial service was held at
Dungannon cemetery. The call to worship
was given by "Rev. R. Roberts. Musical
selections were given by Mr. N. Dunsmoor.
The scripture reading and .address were
given by Rev. Roberts. Two hymns, "What a
Friend We Have in Jesus", and "Softly and
Tenderly", were sung. Two minutes silence
was observed for the 1983-84 honour roll,
Laura Pollock, Ben Park, Howard Sproul,
Helen Irwin, Flossie " Ivers, :Pearl Watson,
Larry Pentland, Mrs. John, Fielder, John
Durnin, Mabel McKnight, Goldie Carter,
Maurice Ivers, Charlotte Elliott and John C.
Anderson.
Congratulations to Mike and Val Bendig
on the birth of a 7 lb. 9 oz. daughter, Katie
Marie, on 'Tuesday, June 19 at Alexandra
Marine and General Hospital, Goderich, a
wee sister for Joel. Third granddaughter for

The fourth meeting of the Clover Valley
Dirt Diggers was held at the home of Heidi
Fillmore on June 19.
