the 1984 Blake Family Picnic was held on
Suliday, June 10 at the. Stratford Park with
55 lir attendance.
Following., a 'delicious lunch, president
Allah Webster conducted theybusiness. A
minute`of silence was observed in memory of
departed members.
The election of , officers was as follows:
president, Jim Pentland; vice-president,
Barry Morrison; secretary -treasurer, Dora
Alton; spirts, Blake family.
Eveone enjoyed a fun filled afternoon
beginning with visiting and a lively game of
baseball followed by the Ritchie ' family
conducting games, contests and relays for all
ages.
The results were as follows: races, 4 and
under, Daryl Aitchison, Heather Irvin; 5 -
11, Janice Webster, • Kevin Webster, Jodi
Webster; : -young ladies, Joanne ;Pentland,

VANDYICE - Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Leddy
are happy to announce the birth of their first
great grandchild, Danielle Elizabeth Van-
dyke, on May 14, 1984 at St. Mary's
Hospital, Kitchener, weighing 71b. 131/2 oz.
Danielle's parents are Deborah (nee Leddy);
and Jack Vandyke of Kitchener. Grandpar-
ents are Mr. and, Mrs. N. Vandyke and
Dennis and Aileen Leddy of Kitchener.
Van Dijk - Koen and Kate proudly announce
the birth of their son, Jonathan Wilfred, on
May 25, 1984, at 12.25 p.m., weighing 6 Ib. 8
ox., at St. Joseph's Hospital, London. A wee
