No windows were soaped or waxed nor flower pots or boxes upset. A dummy was tied up by a rope to the arm of the hydro lamp. In the wind the moving arms and legs and flapping clothes scared some of the pranksters and even the dogs. • We are•sOrty to report that Paul Kikkert had the misfortune to receive burns -while , burning leaves, which forced 'him to spend some time in the hospital.
